Traditional Easter Concerts - Spring Awakening - Berlin Residence Concerts
Colorful as a decorated Easter bouquet - as colorful and varied is the traditional Easter programme of the Berlin Residence Concerts.
According to this easterly spring pleasure the Berlin Residence Orchestra under the direction of concertmaster Vladi Corda presents a special Easter experience:
Why don’t you use the wonderful gardens of the Palace for an Easter walk in the first fresh spring air and indulge yourself and your family with a 3-course menu of selected delicacies and a traditional fish variation.
Listen afterwards to musical masterpieces of Johann Sebastian Bach, Antonio Vivaldi and Arcangelo Corelli in the glorious ambience of the White Hall in the New Wing of Charlottenburg Palace. A highlight of this year’s Easter festivities!

Following this exquisite dinner you can relax to the sounds of a bygone era in the unique ambience of
the Great Orangery's concert hall. The Berlin Residence Orchestra performs renowned musical
highlights of the 17th and 18th centuries, promising one-of-a-kind entertainment with Prussian flair.
Dressed in period costume authentic to the Prussian age, the ensemble with its master of ceremonies
and his charming ladies-in-waiting guarantees an evening of unparalleled cultural highlights.

not allocated within each respective category and it is not possible to book particular rows or seats.

Colorful Spring Festival of Classical Music

The first warm days of sunshine, the re-blooming nature – could there be a better inspiration for a composer?
Colorful as the spring, as colorful is the new programme of the Berlin Residence Concerts. During the "Colourful Spring Festival of classical music" a fresh and varied programme of Bach, Pergolesi, Vivaldi and Corelli is being presented by the Berlin Residence Orchestra.
Enjoy our spring menu at dinner and get in the mood for the following concert. The master of ceremonies and his lovely ladies at the Prussian court will carry you off to the time of Baroque music.

The Orchestra
The ensemble consists of well-known musicians, who interpret baroque and classical opera with a keen sense of the compositions from that era. In April 2016 the orchestra under the direction of Vladi Corda celebrates its tenth anniversary!

Special locations
On the occasion of the anniversary of the Berlin Residence Orchestra the dinner and concerts will take place in unique locations of Palace Charlottenburg.
Langhans Halls
The Langhans Halls were built in 1788 as an extension of Charlottenburg Palace and were originally used for the courtly festivities.
Recently re-opened it guarantees for a special flair of our dinners.
Spandauer Damm 10
New Wing (White Hall)
White Hall
Frederick the Great personally inaugurated the White Hall of the New Wing in 1742. It will offer a classy framework for our concerts.
Formerly used as the dining room and today part of the museum it promises a royal flair and first-class acoustics.
